Sr. Business Systems Analyst
Explanation for Position:
The ideal candidate is a SFDC guru and an advanced professional in systems & process design and implementation.
As a strategic partner to the business, you will cultivate a deep understanding of their processes and act as a strategic consultant on their business systems needs.
You will gather and document requirements, design and document technology solutions in the CRM space with a focus on global call center technologies to support IVR, VA, CRM, CTI integration and skills-based routing in a Customer Interaction.
In this role, you will work closely with other BSAs, project managers, developers, testers, and production support through each stage of the software development lifecycle.
An experienced analyst, you must be able to partner effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems, and make challenging decisions.
Details of Position:
Develop and write user stories that directly support the primary objective of the business and are appropriate size for iterative development.
Facilitate meetings.
Solicit stakeholder feedback to validate priorities and manage expectations.
Participate in the QA process.
Partner with Product Owner to ensure a healthy backlog and maintain an emphasis on user experience and specifications.
Manage backlog by creating a prioritized list, product backlog, and assists the team in breaking down the pieces into smaller, more manageable pieces and build it incrementally.
Collaborate with the team on Sprint Planning and assist with planning to accomplish items from backlog.
At the end of the Sprint, participate in retrospectives.
