Senior Finance Manager

Serve as the financial business partner for leaders on initiatives within their business by providing both proactive and reactive financial insight, analysis and perspective and take an active role in the Financial duties of Business Development activities.

Also, this role will work with our GA & Health Policy group to serve as our Divisional Market Access (Provider Reimbursement) representative for related initiatives .

Finance Provide financial guidance and assistance within assigned areas.
Prepare business plans, including annual operation plans, periodic forecasts, strategic plans and product introduction financial plans.
Create and translate operating plans and forecasts into financial plans and projections to ensure the organization achieves its financial targets.
Recommend and follow through on appropriate corrective action(s).
Prepare appropriate price-volume analysis to identify market trends and profitability impacts of market place factors.
Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets.
Perform a financial review of all CER and DAR requests.
Coordinate the development, monitoring and implementation of inventory objectives.
Assist in the preparation and explanation of the P&L to management.
Develop and periodically generate financial reports.
Educate employees in other functions on finances and help them to understand the reports / information you have provided.

Business Development:


Partner with and support the divisional head of Business Development, VP, Finance and appropriate Project Sponsor in the creation and explanation of all financial reporting in regards to identified target(s)
Participate in and at times lead the financial due diligence of a target
Partner and support the team in the creation and editing of the CER
At times, participate in any leadership meetings to discuss targets
Market Access (Provider Reimbursement)
Partner with the Stryker Government Affairs & Health Policy group on the following:

Identify Provider billing and reimbursement support needs from the sales team and divisional customers (Physician & Facility).
Coordinate reimbursement training programs for marketing and sales teams.
When assessing product development or acquisition, incorporate key reimbursement elements in technology review and DD.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field of study.
Prefer Master's Degree in Business Administration and/or CPA.

years finance experience in a professional business environment
Prefer accounting experience gained in both the public and private sectors
3
years Accounting experience preferred
Prefer previous Business Development and/or Market Access (Provider Reimbursement) understanding or experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Demonstrated proficiency in providing accurate financial analysis in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Demonstrated internal customer service skill

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
