Electromechanical Assembler
We are currently seeking Mechanical Assembler with 5
years of experience in mechanical assembly. The ideal candidate will have experience assembling precision capital equipment using hand and power tools and reading and interpreting blue prints. Candidate must maintain safety standards and standard operating procedures at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Strong mechanical background and mechanical aptitude.
Capable of reading and interpreting assembly drawings and other written and verbal instructions.
Ability to use gauges to properly inspect product to ensure conformance to quality standards.
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
Experienced in mechanical assembly that requires fitting, alignment, and adjustments to very close tolerances.
Must be skilled in shop math
Must be mechanically inclined.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge Areas
Knowledge of gages and various inspection techniques.
CNC background a must.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Education
2 year technical degree a plus, but will waive for knowledge and experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
