CFO - Chief Financial Officer
CFO with manufacturing/operations experience. In addition to overseeing all finance operations, the Chief Financial Officer will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO. As an integral member of the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will help grow the business with a forward-thinking investment mindset and identify and evaluate key M&A opportunities and critical business analysis. Additionally, the CFO will navigate a potential IPO process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Help to maximize the financial health/strength of the Company
Drive the necessary steps to maximize inventory turns
Optimize the budgeting process and financial controls
Assist in improving the procurement process to ensure the best pricing and terms
Manage bank lending relationships and monitor cash balances
Oversee accounts operations of the Company

Masters in Accounting/CPA with 15
years of progressively responsible accounting and leadership experience with proven success
M&A experience preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
