Develops and manages to budget; actively reviews and forecasts financial impact of organization against the budget as well as actively participates in determining return on investment for related Information Management and Business Intelligence projects.
Leverages industry trends and solutions that will help achieve best in class cost leadership.
Must have extensive program and project management experience. Requires strong people management skills. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Management
Directs multiple teams that involves the evaluation, design, implementation and support of the company's overall Information Management and Business Intelligence technologies, processes, and systems.
Manages staff of data base administrators, database systems programmers, data architects, data modelers, BI analysts, metadata and tool administrators, developers, testers, and project managers/leaders.
Recruits, trains, mentors, and motivates a high-performance team.
Creates a high-energy, high-achievement work environment that embraces innovation.
Delivers creative best in class solutions while motivating the team to achieve both team and business goals.

Preferred 5-10 years of experience in Software Application Development.
Demonstrated experience using the latest Information Management and Business Intelligence tools.
Has managed large, complex, and high-performance database and BI platforms/projects.
Has experience creating and running successful Competency Centers and/or Centers of Excellence.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
