What You Will Do:
The Marketing and Professional Education Coordinator for the Medical Education group provides comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the efficient operation of medical education programs and initiatives.
This individual plays a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with communication to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
Additional responsibilities may require you to:
Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external parties.
Coordinate complex travel and travel-related logistics arrangements for department visitors.
Support the facility tour process including scheduling and booking.
Provide administrative and secretarial support for expense claims, preparation of reports and presentations.
Maintain and update files and databases for access and distribution.
Manage coordination of events, conferences, meetings and/or projects with team members and/or vendors, tracking expenditures and budgets.
Support the team to follow up on any ad-hoc project, as needed.
Collaborate with coordinators and Administrative Assistants to plan logistics of events and company activities.
What You Need:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3
years' experience in an administrative/coordinator position (preferred in a corporate environment) Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite technology, including complex document creation, spreadsheet creation, and presentation creation.
Experience with expense reporting and invoice creation.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree $28.
