As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information.
The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Schedule Monday - Thursday (30 hours/week) Responsibilities Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Assist patients with paperwork Maintain a clean and inviting environment Communication with dental offices Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services Qualifications No prior dental/orthodontic experience is required Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Familiar with computers Excellent multi-tasking skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
