Requirements:
Speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish preferred Must have own vehicle and be willing to run errands if necessary Well organized, self-sufficient, team player, willing to think outside the box and quick on their feet Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering calls, distribution and/or taking detailed messages Maintenance of daily logs including but not limited:
translation, ensuring accuracy, ensuring the appropriate manager signs off on them, matching up the receipts and delivery slips, filing Working with assistant project manager on monitoring bids daily, printing bid opportunities, presenting to owner, following up and maintaining bid calendar Communication with the field in Spanish and English, following up on receipts, following up on timesheets, vacations, etc.
(essentially being the liaison between the office and Spanish speaking field) Maintenance of vacation submittals, approvals, and tracking Working with the project managers on submittals, printing plans, putting together new project folders and packages for the field Putting together permit applications for the pool building company Accounts payable - printing invoices daily, matching up delivery slips, checking for accuracy, checking for purchase orders, gaining approval signatures from the appropriate manager, presenting discrepancies to owner, inputting invoices into QuickBooks by receiving against purchase orders and scanning invoices into QuickBooks as attachments Assisting with filing Organizing and cleaning up the office throughout the day Assisting owner and managers with daily tasks as needed Managing and assigning access control for owner's apartment complex for tenants Maintaining and ordering office supplies Assisting with year end customer gifts and year-end holiday party Other administrative office tasks on an as needed basis to assist office staff Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
