Medical Technical Support SpecialistOne of our clients, medical devices and services company is looking for an enthusiastic Medical Device Technical Support Specialist.This is a permanent FT position with competitive compensation and great benefits package. Location is Northern NJ.Hybrid Commute ( 2 weeks in the office and every 3rd week is working from home) Must be authorized to work in US for ANY EMPLOYER. No H1 Visa support for this position.Medical Device Technical Support Specialist Role1. Provide telephone support to company's customers, sales, service, distributors, and clinical staff.2. Create and review technical documents as required.3. Assist with investigating product problems formulate and/or assist other departments in corrective action.4. Represent the Service Department on Project Teams for new and existing products and complete tasks required, e.g., Service Plan Letter, review of product manuals, update management and Technical Support as required. 5. Document all activities and provide timely reports, as required, to management.6. Provide on-site assistance to service force and customers as required in support of the products.7. Generate Cases to track Technical Support activity for calls.8. Attend training as required. Requirements and Skills Knowledge of Medical Devices i.e. Patient Monitors, and Transport Monitors. Excellent organizational and communication skills for interfacing with customers and colleagues Solid knowledge of computer-based technology and PC applications Working knowledge of Win 7, Win 10, and Win 11 Capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Customer-oriented with experience and knowledge of Service or Help Desk platforms. Working knowledge of network technology Knowledge of human physiology and electronic measurement techniques BA/BS Degree or Technical Degree preferred 2
years experience in Biomedical, Electrical Engineering, or Computers. CompTIA, A+, Network Certificates or similar experience a plus. Email resume or use this link to apply directly:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
