As an Automotive Warranty Claims Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of warranty claims for automotive products.
You will be responsible for verifying and processing warranty claims submitted by customers, dealerships, or service centers.

Review and validate warranty claims to ensure they meet the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and associated documentation.
3.
Communication:
Communicate with dealerships, service centers, and customers to gather necessary information and resolve claim-related inquiries.
4.
Data Entry:
Enter claim data into the company's system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
5.
Adjudication:
Evaluate claims based on established guidelines and policies to determine whether they are eligible for reimbursement or denial.
6.
Claims Processing:
Process approved claims for reimbursement and issue payments to eligible parties.
7.
Investigation:
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to warranty claims.
8.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
9.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and participate in developing and implementing enhancements to streamline the claims process.
Preferred Skills &
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or automotive industry training is a plus.
Knowledge of automotive systems and warranty terms is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
