What you will do-The Manager, Logistics BPE - Trade Compliance is responsible for key cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Operations, Quality, Legal, Indirect Procurement) to manage and deploy key transformation programs in partnership with the GLO IT transformation team across the Global Logistics and Operations footprint.
As such, this individual will serve as the trade compliance SME accountable for the end to end trade compliance workstream and contributing to the successful end-to-end execution of transformation programs (e.
g.
distribution center start-up and moves, local and enterprise system integrations, transitions from insource to outsource logistics operations) including requirements definition, change management activities, communication, and ultimately a smooth and successful hand over to business operations to run and operate.

Responsibilities:
Own the Trade Compliance workstream for transformation programs serving as the key global trade compliance SME while collaborating closely with the Global Trade Compliance leader and Global Trade operations teams to ensure alignment on capability needs, operational requirements, comprehensive testing scenarios, and hypercare support.
Contribute to the successful end-to-end execution of transformation programs including requirements definition, implementation, testing support, change management activities, communication, and successful hand over to business operations Responsible for to implement requirement set out by global trade compliance department with regard to import / export requirements, COO, documentation, dangerous goods, and other agency requirements as needed.

Responsible for partnering with global trade department to executing all activities to ensure product will efficiency and effectively cross borders at and following cutover.
Clearly communicating data augmentation, lane shifts, and new cross border activities.
Responsible for ensure global trade operations teams are prepared for cutover including implementing process changes, training, etc.

and by delivering effective and timely communication throughout program to the trade compliance organization Key functional expert for global trade compliance accountable for successful delivery of transformation programs, responsible for delivering program milestones on time and on budget, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies throughout solution design and execution Responsible for understanding and mapping current state processes and ensuring that future states complies with global trade roadmap, systems strategy, and staffing modes.
Responsible for authoring URS documents in partnership with IT to document system & testing requirements aligned with future state design and business requirements What you need- Bachelor's degree- required 8
year of experience- required Project Management- required Trade compliance and/or transport experience- required Working knowledge of IT- highly preferred Working cross functionally across a global organization- highly preferred SAP knowledge- highly preferred $95,100- $204,000/year salary plus bonus eligible
