Responsibilities:
The Production Supervisor will be accountable for planning and leading day-to-day production tasks within areas of responsibility.
Must be able to meet key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets, long and short term linked to the overall targets of the plant through planning and execution of Lean tools such as Problem-Solving Process (PSP), Standard Work (SW) and Daily Management (DM).
Must be able to conduct performance reviews for all direct reports.
Must create development plans with the Associates that engage their interests and support the overall goals and growth of the associate.
Must be held accountable for sustaining improvements and driving results.
Must be able to work directly from blueprints and drawings.
Must have the ability to operate multiple types of machines
Qualifications:
Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience within industry, manufacturing, engineering.
2+years of experience as a Production Supervisor within the manufacturing industry.
Must have basic CNC programming knowledge, enough to upload/download programs to machines.
Must have great computer skills (Microsoft Office, Hardware, Network); SAP a plus.
Must be proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
